“Welcome to the Rileys” Film Festivals

It has recently been announced that Welcome to the Riley’s is set to open the New Orleans film festival and will also have its East Coast premiere at the Boston Film Festival! Excellent news for the film! Thanks to kstewartfans for the tip.

IndieWire – The 21st Annual New Orleans Film Festival revealed that two Sundance favorites, Jake Scott’s “Welcome to the Rileys” and Derek Cianfrance’s “Blue Valentine,” will bookend this year’s festival.

Boston Film Festival - The 26th Boston Film Festival presents six world premieres and 24 films September 17-23 at the new Stuart Street Playhouse.

First “On the Road” Set Picture!

The first picture of Kristen on the set of On the Road has appeared today! A big thanks to kstewartfans! Kristen looks gorgeous I love the color of her hair!
Hopefully we’ll get more from the set soon!

Robert Pattinson has also been spotted on set, visiting Kristen and his other friend Tom Sturridge.

Summit Entertainment have announced today that the second part of Breaking Dawn will hit theaters on November 16th 2012 – that is almost a year after the release of part one. What are your thoughts on this date? For me its far to long after the release of part one, it feels as though Summit are trying to drag the series out for as long as possible, a July release would of been better in my opinion.

Gossip Cop has announced today that Kristen will not be joining Robert Pattinson on the red carpet of the Teen Choice Awards. Filming for Kristen’s new film, On the Road has begun and she is busy with shooting that.

Kristen will not be at the Teen Choices Awards.
A rep for the actress says, “She is away shooting On The Road.”

The first theatrical trailer for Welcome to the Rileys has gone online. Check out the trailer in HD below. The focus of the clip is on a couple whose daughter died. The husband soon meets a teenage prostitute and becomes her guardian. These few minutes already show how emotional the movie will be.

The Twilight Saga: Eclipse stars Kristen Stewart, Rob Pattinson, and Taylor Lautner talk about the pressures of promoting a blockbuster film:

Kristen: ”Things have looked up for me as soon as I stopped worrying about it and relinquished the control — not even relinquished the control, just realized that I never had it. As soon as I stopped getting nervous and freaked out by stuff, I had a much better time.”

ROB: ”When you first start doing it, it is so overwhelming that you think it’s the most important thing in the world, the whole thing about public image and persona and stuff. And then you realize the whole thing about marketing is just having your face everywhere and that’s it. It doesn’t matter what you say.

TAYLOR: ”I think just by repetition and experience it’s made it more comfortable. It got a lot better when I learned that the easiest way to go about it is just be honest and be yourself.”

Six new stills from Eclipse have been added to the gallery! Eclipse opened at midnight on the 30th to record numbers, earning more than $30 million from about 4,000 theaters! Advance preview screenings open in the UK tonight and I can’t wait to go!
